Each school term, a number of Nanyang pupils will be invited to attend the sessions of this program. It is meant to offer an extra opportunity for after-school training. Its main objectives are the following:
Offer advice & asssistance on all mind-sports related enquiriesHelp with reading materials (books, DVDs, etc) on specific topics Provide some intensive coaching with both theory and practice (games with clocks and proper recording) Mentor the Nanyang pupils through the complicated maze of chess arbitering, rules, tournament regulationsProvide expert knowledge in terms of game analysis, opening repertoir choices, individual study working schemesGeneral advice on how to combine school work with chess study Days & Timings/Venue/Training Dates
